Question about modeling in 3ds Max Empty Question about modeling in 3ds Max

Post by strider888 on Wed Nov 14, 2012 9:03 am

I've been watcing videos on youtube and self learning 3ds max, but I have a question, is there a way I can model as easy as we can in sketchup, like setting the dimension of the model you want to create? I know there's a box on the right side where i can set it, but is there a way that i can just type it in, especially creating organic style of architectural models?

this might be hard or very easy and basic question, but maybe that's what we need. the basic things we must learn. Smile right?

actually there is, say for box, there is a key board entry which you can type the size you want. even in poly editing, you can type exactly the movement of every elements.
